・Capacity & Operation: Up to 60 people・1 person～ (Experience sessions recommended for 2-27 people. Reservations for 1 person require payment for 2 people's experience fee. ・Duration: Incense Making: Approx. 60 min. Incense Stick Craftsman: Approx. 10 min. Scented Pouch Making: Approx. 30 min. Factory Tour: Approx. 30 minutes.

・ Cancellation Policy: Up to 2 days prior: 30% of experience fee. 1 day prior: 50% of experience fee. Same day: 100% of experience fee. No-show: 120% of experience fee.
